About physical intervention training?

What is discussion on?
SIA is debating on two points.
- How can a disability distress a personnel skill to be a door supervisor? SIA would also like to hear your opinion on whether we should evaluate the capacity to physically interfere of people who want to be door supervisors and if so, how?
- Close protection licence holders will be need to take on physical intervention training in order to work as door supervisors. SIA would like your opinion on a suggestion for how we bring in this necessity.
