All Time Security Supports Halloween in the Old Town 2026 in Hemel Hempstead for 13th Year
All Time Security has once again provided professional event security for Halloween in the Old Town, continuing a 13-year relationship with one of Hemel Hempstead's popular community celebrations.
Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire – 25 October 2026: Halloween in the Old Town returned to Hemel Hempstead on Sunday, bringing families, residents and visitors together for an evening of spooky entertainment and community celebrations.
Organised by Dacorum Borough Council, the annual event took place along the historic Old Town High Street, offering a programme of Halloween-themed activities and entertainment for people of all ages.
All Time Security (ATS), an SIA Approved Contractor, was once again responsible for providing professional security services at the event, marking 13 years of supporting the popular local celebration.
Keeping the Celebrations Safe
With families and visitors gathering in the Old Town, the presence of experienced security personnel plays an important role in supporting public safety and helping the event run smoothly.
The All Time Security team provided a visible and approachable presence throughout the celebrations, supporting crowd management, public assistance and general event safety.
Unlike some commercial security environments, family-oriented events require a particularly welcoming approach. Security personnel must be prepared to assist visitors, answer questions and provide reassurance while maintaining a professional presence.
All Time Security places considerable emphasis on these qualities, ensuring its officers are not only trained to manage security responsibilities but also understand the importance of positive interactions with the public.
A 13-Year Relationship with Dacorum Borough Council
Having supported Halloween in the Old Town for 13 years, All Time Security has developed a longstanding relationship with the event and its organisers.
The company has continued to provide security services as part of its wider commitment to supporting public events and local communities across Hertfordshire and the South East.
A spokesperson for All Time Security commented:
"Being involved in Halloween in the Old Town for 13 years is something we're incredibly proud of. It's a fantastic community event, and it's always a pleasure to see families coming together and enjoying the celebrations.
"Our role is to help ensure everyone feels safe and welcome. We believe professional security should be approachable and helpful, particularly at events attended by families and children.
"We're grateful to Dacorum Borough Council for their continued trust in our team and look forward to supporting future events."
